Upload Instructions

Sunburst Label does not design the labels.  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide artwork and text for printing. We can print images including Barcodes, Serialized fields, and Date/time stamped fields.

All images need to be created in 300 DPI and sent in one of the following formats: bmp., pcx., or tif. If you wish to have text on your label please include a separate file with this information, including text layout and font name. If you are using special fonts then place the fonts and the text into a ZIP file before sending to us.

Upload the two files, text and graphics, right from the order form, as shown below. To upload a graphic file:

1 - On the order_form press the browse button for the artwork section.

2 - Navigate through your hard drive and find the proper artwork file. This is what you will see with OS X, Windows will look different but it will function the same.

3 - Press the Open or Select button and your file's name will appear in the form.

4 - If you have a text file then press the Browse button for the text file section.

5 - Navigate through your hard drive and find the proper text file. in the same way you did in step 3, above. Press the Open or Select button and your file's name will appear in the form.

6 - Fill in the rest of the order form and when you press the Submit Order button on the bottom your files will upload.
